House corporation fund overseen by Howie Neill
For many years, Howie Neill has overseen the Pullman-based bank account called "Beta Upsilon Sigma Chi Club." This is the smaller fund (about 10% of our total) that is more nimble and can be used for things like sprucing up the existing chapter. Donations are not tax deductible. This fund will be used for non-educational portions of the new chapter house.
